  • Name3. Notwithstanding the details submitted in support of the planning application, prior to the commencement of above-ground works, a detailed specification of all materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details, and shall be retained as such in perpetuity.4. Prior to the commencement of above-ground works, architectural details concerning all eaves, verges, windows (including head, sill and window reveal details), doors, roof lights and rainwater goods, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details, and shall be retained as such in perpetuity.5.
